People i n Focus in cooperation with “Forestry Users Association Has (FUAH)” held a public event to present The Coalition for Improving the Public Services Delivery in Has on 21 December 2016 in Has, Albania. The event was organised in the framework of the project “Improving public service delivery in Has municipality through citizen’s engagement in Monitoring and Evaluation”.
