From February 4th to 6th, People in Focus participated in the Kick-off Meeting and Seminar for Youth Workers in Kiel, Germany, for our latest project, SHINE, led by @foundationece.
Through non-formal education methods and interactive activities, participants explored key themes such as democracy, community engagement, and youth involvement in decision-making—all essential to SHINE’s mission. The event provided a valuable opportunity for networking, exchanging fresh ideas, and shaping the project’s future.
