People in Focus participated in โ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ซ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐จ๐ฝ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒโ, a training course held in beautiful ๐๐จ๐ถ๐ญ๐ช๐ฏ, ๐๐ณ๐ฐ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ข. It brought together youth workers from Spain, Albania, Serbia, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Croatia.
The training gathered dedicated youth workers eager to ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ and ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ป๐ด ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฟ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐.
Throughout the program, our Albanian participants @8alb_ina , @armir_muco, @jk_traveltheworld explored key elements of effective mentoring, including:
๐ค building trust and meaningful relationships
๐ฃ๏ธ practicing active listening and giving constructive feedback
โจ navigating difficult conversations with empathy and responsibility
๐งญ understanding the mentorโs role, values, and ethical principles in youth work
Through experiential learning, simulations, and reflective activities, everyone gained practical tools to enhance mentoring practices.
