In December 2024, People in Focus took part in a dynamic B2B meeting at the University of Salento in Lecce as part of the #FReaProject. “Cross-border collaboration for the development of tourism services: A Joint Model oriented to Workation” was the theme of the event that brought together tourism professionals, including hotel and tour operators from Italy, Albania, and Montenegro.
Participants explored innovative tourism concepts focused on Workation, blending remote work with unique travel experiences. Key sessions included expert-led discussions on service models, roundtables featuring tourism experts, and presentations of concept tests for future tourism initiatives.
The event provided a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and establishing lasting partnerships aimed at reshaping tourism across borders.
