From June 25-26, 2024, People in Focus participated in the pilot training “Train the Trainers” in Bursa, Turkey, as part of the VET4GSEB project “VET Partnership for Green and Intelligent Energy in Buildings”. ✅
👉 VET trainers from Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey and Ukraine gathered to enhance their skills in Renewable Energy, Solar Panels and Electrical Installation. 💭 🌿
🌟 The training featured interactive sessions, innovative training methods and the latest digital technologies in smart building systems. 🌍 This initiative is about reducing the gap between current vocational education and the green energy sector. ♻️
💡Participants gained new competencies in green, digital and soft skills, learning more about what a sustainable future with renewable energy and smart wiring could look like. 🌱
