🚪We concluded this time our journey at Dhora Leka school, in Tirana. Spreading awareness on mental health with pupils and teachers, also more indepth discussion about the topic of Hikikomori were held. 💭 🧠Explaining the meaning of social withdrawl, Hikikomori, how it starts, and which are the first signs to look out for. 🌈 🫂We discussed prevention methods and how to help those affected. The session ended by handing out certificates to our participants. ☺️ ✨
