Focus Groups were organized by People in Focus on 27 September 2017 in Lushnja city. In this activity participated citizens of Lushnja Municipality who shared their experiences and highlighted the problems encountered in the provision of public services in front offices in their municipality. They also expressed their thoughts on solutions to the identified problems. This activity was supported by Public Relations Office of U.S.A Embassy -Tirana.
