Duration: January 2022 – December 2023
Objectives:
- raising the capacity of organisations working with young people outside formal learning in the field of gamification;
- support the development of youth work in Partner countries (Western Balkan countries) by establishing cooperation and network for the future projects’ development
- enhancing synergies and complementarities with formal education – by developing a blended training course on gamification methods that can be easily adapted as well to the formal education environment and paths
Expected results:
- knowledge and skills on using gamification methods in the youth work gained by 132 youth workers and trainers participating in Training of Trainers and local blended training courses.
- encouragement to innovate training practices and other activities methods of youth workers involved in the implementation of the blended training course and many more reached through the dissemination activities
- 12 trainers experienced on how to deliver blended training course and combine face-to face education with virtual learning
- fostered cooperation, exchange of knowledge and capacity development in the field of gamification and youth work among the partner organizations
- enhancing the innovation capacity and internationalization of youth organizations, particularly in Partner Countries from Western Balkan region
