People in Focus Albania under the project “Better Administrative Services for the Citizens of Shkodra”, calls for applications from young activists, students and young people who wish to contribute to their community. This training aims at enhancing the capacities of youth in using instruments of measuring court performance in providing quality services to its users/citizens.
