People in Focus in cooperation with “Forestry Users Association Has (FUAH)” in the framework of the project “Improving public service delivery in Has municipality through citizen’s engagement in Monitoring and Evaluation” organized the two-day training sessions “Empowering the capacity of youth in Has municipality for the measurement of institutions performance for the public services delivery” on 26-27 January 2017 in Has, Albania.
The “Improving public service delivery in Has municipality through citizen’s engagement in Monitoring and Evaluation” project is funded by The European Union through the project “Partnership Against Corruption Together-PACT” supported by ANTTARC.
