Target area: Prush Lake, Kashar Lake, Kus Lake, Fjolla Lake, and Bovilla Lkae in Tirana
Duration: December 2021 – October 2022
Objectives:
- Empower young people and their advocacy skills to strengthen their role as active citizens in environmental protection.
- Monitoring the natural environments to measure the quality of infrastructure and facilities to be suitable for the citizens and the environment.
- Advocate and take concrete actions to preserve these environments and their blooming
Expected results:
- Monitoring and analysis of the situation and problems in the mentioned natural environments
- Increasing the advocacy capacities of 40 young people from Tirana through 2 trainings
- Increasing awareness of young people and the local community in nature protection by engaging in planting saplings, cleaning actions and placing precautionary signs in the natural environments
- Improving the facilities offered to citizens in the natural environments
