FRea Project – The Adoption of the ApMM Model and the Joint Action Plan – Documents Available via People in Focus
The documents below are related to the definition of a Joint Action Plan under the FRea Project. The project aimed to map and verify the essential features of services supporting tourism activities, specifically focusing on the emerging new form of tourism such as Workation.
By analyzing the needs of tourism operators and monitoring market trends, the project helped clarify how to better coordinate efforts across various stakeholders. This approach addresses a key challenge in the tourism sector—how to optimize resources and create targeted, efficient strategies in an evolving landscape.
As part of the project, a “toolbox” was designed—an integrated system of information, tools, and support services—to help organize economic activities and tailor tourism offers to modern travelers. The project also included a testing phase of the proposed solutions, and culminated in the formalization of a shared commitment to support the workation model through a Memorandum of Understanding.
The finalized model—referred to as the ApMM “toolbox”—includes financial advisory documents, a quick guide to enterprise creation, a synthesis of funding opportunities, communication tips and tricks, project management templates, and a comprehensive handbook for stakeholders.
